Today's Agent Skill: Customer Persona Profile Builder

What It Does

Marketing without a clear picture of who your best customer is means you're guessing on everything — the words you use, the channels you advertise on, the offers that convert, and the problems you solve. Most small business owners have an intuitive sense of their customer but have never formalized it, which means every team member or AI tool they use gets a different version of the answer.

How It Works

The agent takes your description of your top customers — who they are, what they buy, why they come to you, and what problems they're solving — along with any data you have from reviews, sales records, or direct conversations, and builds 2–3 detailed customer persona profiles. Each profile includes demographics, goals, pain points, buying triggers, objections, preferred channels, and specific language they use — formatted as a reusable reference document.

How to Deploy It

Run this skill in Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or Windsurf by describing your top three most profitable or loyal customer types. Store the resulting persona profiles in Notion or Google Docs and reference them whenever you're briefing an AI tool, writing marketing copy, setting up ad targeting, or making a new product decision. Revisit and update them every six months as your customer base evolves.
