Today's Agent Skill: Client Proposal First Drafter

What It Does

Writing a business proposal from scratch is one of the highest-leverage tasks you can delegate to an AI — a strong proposal can win a client worth thousands of dollars, and a mediocre one costs you the deal. This skill turns your rough scope notes into a polished, professional proposal ready to send in under 10 minutes.

How It Works

The agent takes your notes on the client's problem, your proposed solution, timeline, and pricing, then drafts a complete proposal with an executive summary, scope of work, timeline, pricing table, and next steps section. The output is structured to be persuasive and clear — formatted to make it easy for the client to say yes.

How to Deploy It

Add the SKILL.md to your agent's skills folder and trigger it with a short briefing on the project scope. Works with Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and Windsurf. Pair with tools like PandaDoc or Proposify to convert the draft into a branded, e-signable proposal in minutes.
